Dave's Noodles

Dave's Noodles started 17 years ago with its first branch being opened in Launceston's Morty's foodhall by David Lam.

David started the store so that he could use his years of experience cooking traditional Asian food to bring a fast and healthy style to locals. The range of meals uses a variety of noodles, seasonal vegetables and other ingredients that are freshly cooked to order in an open kitchen. We offer great choices for any noodle lover. You can choose a wide range of noodles including thick egg noodle, thin egg noodle, flat rice noodle, thin rice noodle, fresh egg, and Udon noodle. We also offer other types of food, such as rice, spinach noodle, spring rolls, dim sim and much more!
